We aim for you to feel comfortable and confident while shopping at Entrageek. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days from the delivery date. We are committed to providing excellent service and are always here to assist you.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at service@entrageek.com, providing your order number and stating the reason for cancellation.
a. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped will be eligible for a full refund.
b. We cannot accept order cancellation requests for shipped orders. In such cases, please initiate a return after receiving the package.
c. Typically, refunds are processed within 2 to 8 days.
Return Process:
Email our Customer Service at service@entrageek.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
Note:
1. For return instructions and the return center address, please contact our Customer Care team at service@entrageek.com.
2. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
3. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
4. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
5. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
